PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Once payment is made, sales is deemed final and is non-exchangeable or refundable.
Please note that leather goods crease and/or scuff easily. Although we take great care to avoid our leather goods from getting creased and/or scuffed, however, sometimes due to transit/shipping, it is unavoidable and out of our control. Although, we do not deliver items with glaring defects, we ask for your understanding for any minor scuffing you may see on some leather items.
Please note that the designer outlet stores are constantly having markdowns or special sales, therefore, from time to time, you will see an item you purchased with us for a higher price that suddenly is offered for a slightly lower price. We purchase inventory from designer outlets on a daily basis, which explains the difference in pricing for the same item you purchased. If we wait too long for an item to be markdown, then we run the risk of that item being sold out at the stores. We have no control over these pricing adjustments at the stores and appreciate your understanding.

We apologise that there will be strictly no meet-ups as we are based in the USA. Only mailing or courier services from SingPost is available. Appreciate your understanding.
MAKING PAYMENTS
Upon receiving your order, we will issue an invoice in request for payment. All payments may be made via bank transfers to
POSB Savings account: 039-65677-9. Orders will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of payment. Orders will be deemed void if payment is not received 3 days from the date of order stated in the invoice.
For all ATM transfer users:
Please note that payment email MUST be accompanied with a scanned image of your transaction receipt. We will NOT acknowledge payment made via ATM transfer if transaction receipt is not attached in your payment email. Thank you for your understanding!
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
As all our parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office (Singpost) or United States Postal Service (USPS), we apologise that we are unable to comply with your requests of delivering at a fixed time and date.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. It should take around 3-21 days for your order to arrive, depending on where the stock is currently held at, as we may be shipping out either from our US address or our local Singapore address. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an order confirmation via email to confirm the despatch of your order.
**Please cart your items only if you can afford to wait for around 3-21 days upon the confirmation of your order.
For orders of more than 3 items, postage and handling charges will be waived. However, the waiver is only applicable to deliveries within Singapore.
There are unforeseen circumstances that customers may not be able to receive their items:
1. incorrect address or incomplete address.
2. receiver has shifted residence at the time of delivery.
3. family members of customers did not inform them of the “Self-collection card” for unsuccessful delivery to your doorstep.
4. postman may have forgotten to leave a note that it is a failed delivery and has not left a white card to indicate that the item will be sent back to their nearest post office.
5. lost mail along the way.
6. item has not been redeemed for 15 working days from date of post.
Nevertheless, we always leave our return address at the back of the parcel. Undelivered parcels will be returned unless the mail was lost along the way.
REGISTERED MAIL (For Delivery Within Singapore)
Singpost postman will deliver the parcel to the doorstep of the recipient’s address. Postage for registered mail is an additional of $2.24 to the NORMAL MAIL postage. Registered mail is highly recommended as you will be able to trace the status of the delivery

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip in the mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Customers are encouraged to arrange for someone to be at home to endorse receipt of the registered article within the next 3 days. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent back to the processing centre. In such situations, customers must call 1605 for 2nd delivery or self-collect at the branch of SINGPOST preferred.
LOCAL COURIER SERVICE (For Delivery Within Singapore)
This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and compulsory for article which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. Article may be received on the same day of delivery within Singapore.
**Please note that urgent courier delivery is only possible if your article is despatched from our local Singapore address.
